Graduating from medical school in China, Dr. Goh worked as a physician and acupuncturist before coming to the United States in 1985. Since receiving her U.S license in 1987, she has worked as an acupuncturist in New York. Dr. Goh worked for Cabrini Hospital and North Shore Hospital as a pioneer acupuncturist working in mainstream medical facilities. She is presently working for Elmhurst Hospital and Queens Hospital in New York. Having been on board of directors for National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, New York Licensed Acupuncture Association, and Acupuncture Society of New York, Dr Goh is now on Advisory Board for Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.Dr Goh has attended many national and international conferences, presenting papers on the use of alternative and complementary medicine for the immune system, woman’s health and stress management; her paper include:
She published first book in 1991—“Alternative Treatment for HIV infection” and second book in 1997—“The A-Z Guide to Natural Healing from the Orient Traditional Chinese Medicine”.Dr. Goh has been on CNN and WB11 TV shows, talking about acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has been interviewed by several radio station and newspapers for her work as nature healer.Dr.Goh got her Doctor of Philosophy in Oriental Medicine in 2003. She has her clinic in Manhattan, New York City and Lake Success, Long Island. Dr. Goh specializes in the treatment for women’s health and autoimmune disorders.
